Join us for some trail running fun!!

Spring Classic: 
Wednesdays Starting April 17th - May 15th

  • Intermediate: 7-815pm

  • Must be able to complete 10k+ on roads comfortably

  • This clinic is to help get runners more familiar and comfortable with the trails and help build strength, skills and confidence.

**please note: time on trails may vary week to week, with any expected changes announced ahead of time.** 

**registration includes access during the duration of clinic to Vertical Tuesdays at 7pm lead by coach Jeanelle partnered with PNWTrailrunners

Only 15 spots per clinic
Important: **Minimum 5 registered persons required for clinic to run**

Come join us for trail running fun that will help you increase your knowledge of the PNW Trails and make you fitter, faster and stronger! 

Skill level requirement

  • catered for those new to trail running

  • able to complete a road 10k in around 1 hour

  • able to complete a road 5-10k comfortably

  • must be able to run 30 minutes consistently without stopping

Get stronger for the long run! All runners will:

  • learn more about technique, pace, and strength on the trails.

  • be provided a strength program to use throughout run season to keep healthy and strong year round.

  • gain nutritional guidance on how to fuel pre-run, race day, post run

  • have access to weekly social run Thursday Evenings

  • be provided route information from all runs to help you learn new routes to run!
