You Won't Look at Trails the Same Again..

Are you new to trail running or have been running for a while and want to work on increasing your technique, strength and pace on the trails??! To get a little stronger we need to push a little harder. Get together with your LOTT friends and push a little harder in a fun, motivating trail running session. The session will focus on your technique, speed and strength and leave you flying with confidence on the trails!

When: Sunday August 7th 830-930am
Where: Lynn Headwaters Park
Why: because building your running strength and technique with all your lovely LOTT friends is fantastic .

Trails and Drills, is there anything better??!

Come prepared to learn some skills focused on everything from warm-up to agility, that when practiced, will leave you better prepared for your sport, whatever it may be! Through a fun set of drills and exercises, you will challenge your endurance and core. 

Bring your water and come prepared to sweat! Don't miss this, we are going to have a fantastic time! All skill levels welcome!
