(This is a special combo clinic to help you get accustomed with running at night by headlamp- all the while working on your strength and conditioning and trail confidence! Head lamp required for clinic)

We offer a variety of packages to meet your run training needs. Whether you have run many races, or are looking to run your first race, we will support you along the way to get you fitter, faster and stronger!
Every program will be customized for each individual runner and race. By getting to know you, your running background and understanding your desired goals, we will create an easy to follow schedule leading to a race goal. Each program will include running drills, workouts and weekly run calendar, and depending on the program you chose, weekly communication, private sessions and race guidance.
From our Bronze package: a one time cost run plan, to our Silver through Elite packages: coaching on a per month basis, we look forward to supporting you towards your next race and adventure!
